I'd really like to talk to other people who are trying to lose weight while trying to manage chronic health issues. I'd also like to talk to others who struggle to/have found out how to put themselves first and keep their weight loss journey going despite feeling like it isn't the most important thing at times.
Other than that, I really like learning new languages, cooking and reading. I have 3 cats (3 is a lot of cats, I know). I'm most definitely a cat person, even though I didn't expect to house that many!0 -

I'm Korean-American married mother of 3 and am currently a stay-at-home mom until my youngest is old enough to start preschool.
I struggle with emotional eating and snacking - the two things that sabotage my progress!
I work out about 3-4 times a week although I would like to do so daily. I walk, bike, go ice skating, do yoga and karate. I would love to become stronger so I can do these activities better (especially ice skating - very hard to do it well if you're not strong).0
