Not my team, but I'd love to see the Texans take Johnny Manziel. Then they might be my team.

Browns' fan. Hoping for Matthews or Watkins at #4, then one of the QBs (Bortles, Manziel, Bridgewater, etc) at 26 if available.

I want the Bears to pick FS Ha Ha Clinton-Dix from Alabama at #14 simply because it is the greatest name on Earth. A strong presence on defense throughout the draft is what I expect. The "experts" think it will be SS Calvin Pryor from Louisville. Not as cool of a name, but I guess it'll do.

    that dude is awesome

Bears fan – I want Clinton-Dix or Pryor. Will accept Dennard or Gilbert. Could handle Mosley or Lewan.

    Broncos

    CJ Mosley- Alabama

Doubt he will be around but if QBs are reached for he could drop.

I've been an NFL fan for a few years (my team is the Giants but I've got a big appreciation for the Vikings after seeing them in London last year) but I live in the UK and it's hard to get coverage and information on things such as the drafts! It's going to sound like a dumb question but can someone explain them to me?

Fairly, simple. The teams are placed in order of their records from worst to best (some exceptions, modifications) and they then pick from a pool of kids who have left college from last football season and they then have the exclusive right to sign them to a contract to play for them. They do this for 7 rounds of picking. Anybody who is not drafted can be signed by any team.

These is much more to it then this, but that is basically what the draft is.

Unlike baseball and hockey that have farm systems or minors league teams, the NFL depends on universities to do their development work for them. Players who have been out of high school for at least three years are eligible for the NFL draft. The rules do not state that a player must attend college, but virtually all of the players selected in the NFL draft played college football.

Pro teams then draft in reverse order of finish from the previous year selecting players over the course of 7 rounds (3 days worth of an event). The players are bound by the selections unless they opt to sit out a year and reenter the draft (not wise, because they have no college eligibility left).

    Here’s a more detailed explanation… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Football_League_draft

Sorry to hear you're a Cowboys fan but I love your attitude!

Oh, and btw, Texans fan here, waiting for Clowney's name to be called 1st and we'll see what QB is there in the 2nd round.

I've been a fan since I can remember and I'm sticking with them - I've just become used to bitterness and disappointment, lol!

I bleed purple no matter what, the Vikings are most likely the reason for every problem I've had these last few years. I already feel that this year is going to be a QB free for all so I'm not expecting Manziel or Bridgewater to be available. Possibly AJ McCarron .. but ultimately I'm thinking give Ponder and Cassel another chance since we finally got rid of that bum Frazier. I'm hoping they focus on some Defensive ends , safety's , pretty much anything Defensive since the sack monster Jarred Allen doesnt want to return and we are even more worthless than before. Im lookin at you Ha'Sean Clinton Dix.

I am a Giants fan and hope we get Zack Martin with the first pick. Would like to see another young linemen to step in and help Keep Eli on his feet so he can complete some passes down field.

I'm a Ravens fan, my #1 draft hope is the Browns don't get Manziel. I don't want to have to deal with him twice a season. Someone in the NFC better pick him.

Kyle Fuller or Phillip Gaines at CB.

49ers are predicated on defense right now and CB's a marginal at best.
