Hey!!!! I'm Ashley! I'm looking to lose a total of 100 pounds; have already shed about 10 pounds already! Has been a life long struggle and now I've had enough! Was going good but for whatever reason, I snapped this morning! Woke up in the middle of the night and ate 4 granola bars then went back to sleep. After a morning appointment I went to the store and bought oreos, came home and ate 24 of them....It's time to turn this situation around and get the support and help I need to be successful! Please add me! We'll support each other!0

Hey - I'm not new to MFP, but I am now getting comfortable enough to branch out and make some more friends. I am 24 and have been swimming intently for most of my life (meaning I got used to eating alot!). After finishing my collegiate career 2 years ago, I gained weight and I am now learning how to adopt healthy workout/eating patterns that are fit for professional life.
