Squats suck so bad but are a staple to any firm legs/booty, i curse the entire time I do squats lol but you can see a difference withing 3 months ;-)0

I was doing curtsy squats into side lunges (stay deep) omg try them with out weight and then with KILLER0 -
Bump....got a flat, saggy butt I wanna lift, this is exactly what I've been looking for lol0

My best advice is this Dynamic movements combined with lifting 30 days and I am seeing major improvement0

Look for the Summer Squat Challenge on YouTube. I'm unable to post it on here but type in the words "Moby" and "Flower" with it and you'll find this girl who does squats to that song. The tune makes it fun but it hurts like hell!0

One thing I have noticed during my butt transformation is that my hip measurements have gone up! In the past I would have freaked but now I am excited!
