I'm Korean-American married mother of 3 and am currently a stay-at-home mom until my youngest is old enough to start preschool.
I struggle with emotional eating and snacking - the two things that sabotage my progress!
I work out about 3-4 times a week although I would like to do so daily. I walk, bike, go ice skating, do yoga and karate. I would love to become stronger so I can do these activities better (especially ice skating - very hard to do it well if you're not strong).0 -
