  • Well New years didn't kill me, but it didn't help any either. Granted, I did eat pretty bad over new years so that has something to do with it. I didn't loose any, but I didn't gain any!

    Kinda looks like most of us have struggled so far in this challenge. For those of you who haven't I am super jealous but also am super happy for you, nice work! For those of you in the same boat as me, lets get our act together and kick this challenges butt! :) (FYI I am saying this after sitting in my bed watching The Bachelor and eating ice cream out of the carton grrrr....! Dumb dumb dumb! Looks like an extremely long workout to get myself back in gear tomorrow!)

    thank you!! I know it's been really tough with the holidays and many dinners etc.. but we can do this!!! All things considering I think we haven't done too badly. Now its time to get thigns in gear :)

  • Monday is when I go back to school and I will be swamped so I wanted to go ahead and do this now! I'm 22 and for the first time in a while I have a boyfriend and I'm hoping that this vday will be special :) I just got my wisdom teeth taken out thursday and since then I haven't been able to eat very much... as a result I have lost six pounds this week! That's two pounds per tooth (yeah I only had three lol)!! I know of course you can't keep losing like that but I'm really hoping it atleast stays off! I love being in the LOW 170's!!

    Lost 1 pound this week, almost back to my pre-holiday weight. I booked a trip to FL this weekend. I leave 9 weeks from yesterday so I am hoping to lose 2 lbs per week until then!

    I'm not gonna lie - I'm very disappointed with my weigh in this week. I was tracking my calories very carefully and exercising daily. Unfortunately, the scale didn't move. I think I'm gonna up my cardio this week.

    I had a great week by last week Wednesday I was down 180 so I was happy... then by Saturday I got the awesome surprise I had lost 2 more pounds...I'm under 180 again...hope this time it sticks :tongue:

    And I stayed the same. :( I worked my butt off -- but I'm right int he middle of TOM so I'm hoping for a 2lbs loss next week.
    So frustrating to be doing everything right but not seeing it on the scale. However I had several 'non scale victories': I added up my total inches lost from September and its 12.25! I also jogged the longest I've ever gone! SO trying to get over this week and move onto next. :)

    YAY! Congrats! We are in the same boat, I finally got under 160 again, just need to stay there this time!
