    Banana Chia pudding- 12oz unsweetened Almond milk
    3 Tbs. Chia seeds
    1 sm. mashed banana
    made last night so seeds could expand.
    That sounds pretty tasty, I have made Chia pudding with unsweetened soy milk instead of almond. The bananas sound tasty.

    1 cup of buckwheat, 1 tbsp of butter with it and vanilla chai tea with a spoon of sugar.
    Was better than it sounds.

    2 cups of 2% milk, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 scoop of creatine and 1/2 scoop of karbolyn...all in one shake

    well that was pre workout

    after i ate 3 fried eggs, 6 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of wheat toast

    Didn't do very well and was in a hurry
    1 cup of coffee w/ cream
    1 GNC Lean Vanilla shake with milk
    1 tall mocha non-fat milk no whip.

    Lunch will be better, promise!

    I had a 3 egg white omelet with 2 slices thin and crispy turkey bacon on a 100 calorie english muffin-203 calories and very satisfying. You could put a little cheese on it. Or sometimes I make the egg white omelet and put salsa and sour cream on it. The spicy in the salsa is satisfying too.

    Sounds amazing!!!!

    Migas - shallot and tomatoes sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil; add two corn tortillas, cut up, saute for a while, add cooked plack beans to warm them, then add 1/4 cup taco sauce + 1/4 cup water, because I didn't have salsa, cook until water reduces. Topped with 1/4 cup cheese, and had almond milk mocha.

    Normally, migas is made with egg, but since I don't particularly like egg, I skip it. If you do like them, lose a tortilla, add an egg.
