I had a 3 egg white omelet with 2 slices thin and crispy turkey bacon on a 100 calorie english muffin-203 calories and very satisfying. You could put a little cheese on it. Or sometimes I make the egg white omelet and put salsa and sour cream on it. The spicy in the salsa is satisfying too.
Sounds amazing!!!!0 -

Migas - shallot and tomatoes sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil; add two corn tortillas, cut up, saute for a while, add cooked plack beans to warm them, then add 1/4 cup taco sauce + 1/4 cup water, because I didn't have salsa, cook until water reduces. Topped with 1/4 cup cheese, and had almond milk mocha.
Normally, migas is made with egg, but since I don't particularly like egg, I skip it. If you do like them, lose a tortilla, add an egg.0 -
