    Update:

    Last week was ok. I got in a lot of cardio and strength training, however with Mother's Day and my nephew birthday falling on the weekend I did a lot of extended eating. No change from last week to this week, so this week I plan to go at it harder than ever.

    My ketogenic diet is awesome :)

    This week lesson is: when working out (strength training) always think of the muscle you are working with, so you really feel it! It's very important so the muscle can do its best :)

    (i started out last year November @74kg - i lost 11kg - but gained 3kg - due to not working out or eating right much this year) so i only started back on the healthy trend begin May but determined to be @59kg end of July LATEST!!!)

    Have managed a bit more exercise this week. Today, 1 played my first 9 holes of golf in 4 months (since I broke my ankle) and am totally wiped out. Happy I made it all the way though. Hopefully I can play a little more this week.
