I'm trying a new workout this month from fitnessblender workout site. I ordered their 4 week for busy people workout. Hopefully I will see the results I want! Then afterwards I was going to do Body Revolution by Juilian Micheals :-)

Well I didn't gain but I didn't lose either.
As suspected the miserable dental surgey I had got me this week. It's really hard for me to move around too much because those movements jar my jaw where it was cut into and makes it sore. Yesterday I walked a little over a mile for the first time since the surgery and at the end that side of my mouth was very sore.
I am going to try again today though. I might just have to put some gauze in there and bite down slightly to put some pressure on the area and hopefully that will help.
I'm open to suggestion if you have any.0 -

I'm starting mid month but excited to join this challenge. I knew I had gained some weight but had no idea that I had reached my highest weight ever:sad: but excited to be on the road to making a serious change:happy: ...Yay!!!

I got down to 139.4 and then had a jump to 140 then 141. Don't know what bothered my loss but I have been keeping to my calories. After being very strict I have slowly been trying new again foods but haven't been crazy about it. I am still happy to have lost .8 but hope to get back in the 130's by the end of May.

I’m doing well so far toward 5 for the month but not so sure I’ll reach my personal goal of breaking 200. I’m still hopeful though!

UGH. I almost didn't post but I want to continue to hold myself accountable. Have had a really rough time lately and have been emotionally eating. I officially feel bloated and upset at myself for the gain. BUT I have been back on track since Sunday and am determined to keep trucking along. Hoping to get down to 143 by the 31st.....We shall see.

I have been away. My weight maintained from where I left off in April. :sick: Also I’ve been sick and on antibiotics so no workouts for me and lots of fluid retention, too. I’d like to drop 1 pound before May is over but with everything going on with my body, any progress is a welcome to my journey.
