What time do you weigh yourself...

I was wondering what time of day is best to get your true weight. I have been getting my weight in the morning. I do so before I get dressed into heavier regular day clothes. Anyhow I was wanting to know how everyone else is doing it.

Somewhere I heard it was recommended first this in morning after you pee. So that's what I do.0

I do it twice, around 1am on thursday morning and then when i wake up. i weigh myself in my boxers0

Sunday morning. After using the facilities, but before showering. I always have a cup of coffee before I weigh (gotta start with some caffeine), but since I am consistent with having that extra fluid in my body it should have much of an effect on numbers (since it effects it every week)0
