I was wondering what time of day is best to get your true weight. I have been getting my weight in the morning. I do so before I get dressed into heavier regular day clothes. Anyhow I was wanting to know how everyone else is doing it.

    Weigh weekly, measure monthly and picture every 3 months :-)

    Somewhere I heard it was recommended first this in morning after you pee. So that's what I do.

    Sunday morning. After using the facilities, but before showering. I always have a cup of coffee before I weigh (gotta start with some caffeine), but since I am consistent with having that extra fluid in my body it should have much of an effect on numbers (since it effects it every week)

    Every Monday morning between 8:00 and 9:00 am on the same scale (I've taken that scale with me when I'm traveling on a Monday just to be accurate).
