    Hi Frankie, strangely I LOVE what you ate - it is the kind of thing that would appeal to me, not because of the low carb aspect, but because in my past life I was a rabbit! Ha ha! Good luck with the contest by the way - you should tell us more about it. I might adopt your low carb ideas for when I go on holiday in July, just so that I can have that flat tummy look for two glorious weeks! The last thing I ate tonight was some Greek natural yogurt with kiwi fruit and strawberries, and a dash of cinnamon. It was yummy!:tongue:

    Mini dq reeses blizzard....because it was my daughter's last day of classes for 8th grade. I didn't know a mini blizzard would be 360 calories and now I'm ticked off that I ate it, because it wasn't that good.

    Because I have a long way to goal and it fits my cal goals and I love chocolate and can stick to cal goals better with a little dessert in my life.

    Currently drinking a mixed berry smoothie (raspberry, blackberry and strawberry), with low fat yogurt, almond milk and lots of ice.
    Because I am under my calorie goal for the day so instead of a chocolate bar, I grabbed this!

    It felt about right, I had some calories to spare, and was short on fiber for the day.
