How many days a week do you workout?

If I go a day without then my thighs will start to kill me. They'll be aching and burning until I can get a few good stretches every few hours. So I try to keep it at 5 days with some stretching on my days off.0

I work out 7 days a week and rest when needed. My schedule usually looks like: 2-3 days upper body; 2-3 days lower body (this switches each week) and 2 days cardio (usually HIIT and 10 minute sprint intervals)0

I work out 5 days a week for 30 mins. The other 2 days I usually play volleyball for 3 hours a day. I just finished a 4 week exercise program and took a few days break. But now I'm ready to get back into it. I used to never be an exercise person but it's starting to grow on me.0

Lately I've been working out everyday, double days. I'm doing a bootcamp that's 5 days a week + lunch runs/after work runs and do core conditioning + running on non-bootcamp days. It's a lot, but I'm seeing results and taking some pretty easy runs during my lunches, so it's not that bad. I love that feeling of being exhausted and productive.0

Every day within a training cycle.
Monday - recovery (easy, 1 hour).
Tuesday-Thursday - actual training, specific for racing (sometimes intervals HIIT, sometimes long steady, 2 - 3 h).
Friday - recovery (easy, 1 hour) or off if truly cooked.
Saturday - long ride or race preparation
Sunday - long hard ride or race.
Every 4-5 weeks is a recovery week where there's an extra rest day and workouts are cut in half.0 -
about 6 when I'm in the zone. The last three weeks have been erratic. I finally went on an hourlong bike ride on high gear. It was pretty sweet. Tonight I'm going to do something at home, probably kettlebell related.
That motorcycle is like a kid; took up so much of my time last two weeks.0 -
4 Days week with great results workout is very intense with high volume love it and burst training involved 3 days a week for fat burn0

It always changes depending on what I'm doing. Right now it's 6, but it's only alternating running and yoga to prep for my race this weekend. After that I plan on doing more spin, dancing, and lifting (gotta do indoor workouts because of the Texas summer!) so it will probably be 4-5.0

3 heavy lifting days and 4 days of assistance / BW exercises.
For the first 11 months of consistent lifting I only did 3 heavy lifting days, though. It took time to build up the energy / will power.0 -
I try to get to the gym M - F right after work. Some weeks, I only make it there 4 out of the 5 days. Weekends are reserved for yard work, cleaning, etc.. or relaxing if my body needs it. However, I find that if I relax the whole weekend I have to convince myself to go to the gym on Monday. So, I really do try to do something productive with my energy on the weekends so that I don't get lazy.0

I work out Monday through Friday and give myself one hell of an off day Saturday and Sunday. I figure I deserve it by that time since I am normally very lazy. :laugh:0

I started out about 4 days per week with a goal of 150 minutes per week of exercise.
Now I work out about 5-6 days per week with double workouts most days (Crossfit and lifting or Crossfit and yoga, or running and lifting, you get the idea...). I love working out though so I don't do it as a chore. I do it because it's my hobby.0 -

6 days/week of the following (most days are double-up on work-outs): 4-5 runs; 3 strength; 2 bikram yoga. Sunday = rest day.0

I workout 5 days a week...Monday - Wednesday...Rest Thursdays..Friday and Saturday then Rest Sunday!!!!
I use to workout 6 days straight, but then I got really drained and felt exhausted all the time. Once I put in that extra rest day, felt a whole lot better0 -
I've been lifting weights 4-5 times a week for years. There is such a thing as overtraining, you'll know it if your workouts start to surf or you can't lift as much as you usually can.0

4-5 times a week. Depends on what my work schedule is like; some days, there just isn't time. But I make sure to take 2 days off per week to rest my whiny knees0

I do a boot camp/circuit training style work out every other day, which usually equals 3-4 times a week. I'm starting to transition to doing 2 days on, 1 day off, etc., so I'm aiming to get up to 5 days a week soon.0 -
4 days a week. 3 of them heavy weight lifting focus and 1 moderate cardio. I just kicked off a lean bulk phase.0

3 days a week at the moment, hoping to up it to 4 days a week from next week, having a few problems with my knee so had to scale back for a while0
