      Edward, for sure! Now, I admit, Edward is one bizarre dude, too, but I just don't dig how Jacob tried to force himself on Bella. Not cool. However, if you wanna go vamp but think Edward is just too gloomy or co-dependent or whatever, may I suggest Carlisle? Wouldn't kick that boy out of bed for eating mountain lion, I tell ya.

      I am a MAJOR Robert Pattinson fan, though. Taylor Lautner just does NOT do it for me. At all.

      Yay. I like the Team Jasper answers! That may be because my son's name is Jasper. And yes, we got it from the series. But it was a joke at first. Until we realized it's a pretty bad *kitten* name. :laugh:

      Totally edward...Jacob is fine, dont get me wrong but Edward is mysterious and there's just something about a mysterious man that is so attractive.

      Team Edward absolutely. I love his old-school and traditional ways, the ultimate gentleman. I fell in love with the character in the book. That said, looks wise on the actors, I much prefer looking at Taylor Lautner (but couldn't stand the character Jacob in the book - winey and selfish).

      based on the movies- Jacob, based on the books- it's a tie, after reading the beginning of midnight sun though- kinda liking Edward. lol.

      OMG! LOVE midnight sun! i really hope she ends up finishing it! personally the story is almost better told from edwards point of view =P and i personally love edward... i kinda have a vampire obsession and its not limited to twilight lol for another great read check out vampire academy, the love story between rose and dimitri is great! very different from bella and edwards but i actually think i like that series even better than twilight now.. im in love with dimitri!

      Absolutely hands down no contest EDWARD. He won my heart and owned it from the beginning when I read the books and I am a very faithful loyal girl and was never swayed towards the side of Jacob, despised him from the 1st book ( don't get me wrong he is a good friend but thats as far as it goes). As I read the books I looked like a total idiot giggling swinging my feet in the air, very obvious when I was reading about Edward (Im a dork and Im ok with that :D) When Jacob was on the page I was sneering rolling my eyes, complete 180 lol. I am a very old fashioned girl and have always loved Vampires, still to this day not a huge Werewolf fan. Edward is just my type of guy. Like on another comment Jacob tried to hard to weasel his way into Bella's heart and take advantage of her vulnerability. She was never interested and he pushed and manipulated her and I can never like someone like that.

      Ironic side note: Fav book is New Moon however Im not going to go into how frustrated I was reading about Jacob but that is my life. I have had my Edward and he left me and my world fell apart, walking around pretending everything was fine and not fooling anyone. Those blank chapters are real for me. I had a guy come in and use me. But my Edward came back to me, saving me, just like the book but without the Italy trip and impending danger. HAHA

      Edward. Jacob is hotter and sexier than Edward, and I feel too young and *nice* for my taste. Edward has a strong commanding presence and maturity that I love.
