Not happy that gone up cos started T25 on 5th May and eating healthier. (
I've stayed at 9st 2/12lb for 5 weeks in a row now (my MAIN weigh in day is a Monday) and I haven't lost anything, despite sticking within my calorie allowance and exercising. So unless I have a stomach bug, I won't be able to lose 5lbs by the 31st.
So therefore I won't be carrying on with this challenge. However I wish you all good luck and hope you reach your goals, whatever they might be.0 -

I didn't post last week because I was frustrated and bummed out. I had some medical stuff going on that was messing with my head and I was "eating my emotions". I know the "gain" was water weight, but it feels like I keep bouncing around.
Something new I tried: Not really new, but I am going back to planning my meals for the week ahead of time. It helps me to not focus so much on what I am eating daily and allows me to plug in my entire day in the morning, then I am only choosing my snacks throughout the day to fit my goals.
@nic632 - I most likely won't hit 5 lbs loss by the end of the month, but you never know. You could be retaining water due to starting a new workout, and that could just pop off!0 -

hi everyone my name is jake and i am new to the board, i have put on a few lbs over the long winter( more than i would have guessed) but i have made up my mind and its time for a change both physically and mentally and i figured the best way to achive both is with a diet and exercise reboot. If anyone out there could help point me in the right direction, i have gym and exercise experience what i lack is food and nutritional help along with any supplements i might consider trying that would be condusive to my weight loss goal for the summer.

My motivation this week has been my friends on mfp! I know I say that every week nearly, But they are great at keeping me going... They do their best which in turn makes me want to do my best.!
My struggle this week is again the sadness, and memories of loved ones recently lost..! I just want to sit and cry rather than do what I need to do! I just try to remember how they pushed me to do my best.!

I came back from a trip where I ate like a pig and gained 2 kg (4 lbs). Let's see if I can at least get back on track!

I must have lost a lot of water I think, since travelling makes me bloat! I only went to the gym one day so I will do more next week. I also want to reduce the intake of industrial snacks - some days they made 50% of my calorie intake :S I need to eat healthier foods! I think that I haven't been sleeping enough, and when I'm tired I tend to binge on snacks... So more gym, more sleep, less snacks next week!

I was not expecting to lose this much, I've passed my goal for the month so I've adjusted it :O Especially since this week I ate at maintenance and ate back exercise calories. I went two days to the gym, one day to yoga, and one day to pilates. I had two days of eating out for dinner, but made up with light lunches! I don't expect to reach my new goal by next week, because these last kilos are so stubborn!!
