I walk very fast every day between 4 and 7 km. I also work out 6 days a week a mix between cardio (biking, inline skating and elliptical) and weight training. One rest day a week.

I do water aerobics twice a week. I do elliptical opposite days with some circuit weights. So, I at least do 4 days a week with possibly a bike ride on the weekend. I just started working out again.. I am 46. :flowerforyou:0

About 2 or 3 (walking the dog). I know that's not a lot, but If I do more I generally get knee joint pain. If anyone has suggestions to help with that I'ld like to hear them.
However, I clean at least 30 minutes a day, and with 2 kids I see that as a work out. I can be left cleaning for over 2 hours some days.0 -

On average 3 -4 times properly though most days I tend to grab a KB and do a set of snatches or presses or something.0 -
Does everyone have access to a gym? If no, what kind of workouts do you do?0
-
7 days a week, but none of it is particularly intense
20 mins cardio every morning (doctor's orders)
At least one hour of brisk walking daily, usually 2 + now that the warmer weather is here
Lifting every second day
No gym access, I have equipment in my home and the walking is all outdoors0
