I'm trying a new workout this month from fitnessblender workout site. I ordered their 4 week for busy people workout. Hopefully I will see the results I want! Then afterwards I was going to do Body Revolution by Juilian Micheals :-)

Another big yay :-). This I this is my biggest weekly lost ever. What did I do different? Nothing really. Still no time to exercise but I was careful with my diet 6 out of the past 7 days...and TOM ended.

I've actually lost 9 pounds this month! I was 319 and am now 310 (I check on the first of every month) so I might lose some more before then!0
