30 grams Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 container (150grams) Dannon 80 calories 2x protein greek yogurt
1 scoop (7 grams) Dr. Frank whey protein powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp Splenda

    Nutrition:

    Calories: 165
    Carbs: 28
    Fat: 3
    Protein: 23
    Fiber: 12

Directions: Same as the other normal one

Note: A difference i've noticed between both recipes was that the high protein one has a more moist texture than the one made with applesauce, i don`t know why but the applesauce one is a bit more dense and chewy, the high protein one was more moist but both are very rich and flavorful and will satisfy those late night cravings!

Ok it's an old thread, but how in the world do you get those numbers when 5g of unsweetened cocoa powder is 15 calories alone? I mean, I'm sure it's delicious, but definitely not 165 calories. I'm guessing you got the cocoa grams wrong...

It's midnight, but I just came across this, had all the ingredients for the first one, so I halved the recipe cause I had to try it.

Awesome.... I upped the Splenda a bit, so my half recipe was about 70 kcal. Unreal though. Microwaved on 40% power for 5:30 and was perfect.

This is a game changer dessert. Thanks OP!

I made this however I didn't cook it enough. (1.30 mins) It's good for a chocolate fix! Although I feel really sick after eating it as it is so rich and a large portion!

Definitely adding more sugar and less cocoa next time and cooking it more. It's a great recipe :)

Epic fail. I made this twice using the first recipe. The first time it tasted like baking powder, and was disgusting. Went straight into the trash can. The second time I tried using just a pinch of baking powder thinking .5 tsp was too much. Nope! Tasted just as gross. Into the trash can. I must have different taste buds because this tastes nothing like a brownie at all.

    Looks yummy!

One thing, and this may have been mentioned on the previous 8 pages, so forgive me.

1 scoop of protein powder = 7 grams? Is that right? My protein powder scoop is 32 g.
