    Just a reminder, if you haven't signed up for the June Running Challange, it's never too early to declare your goals.
    I posted the link for the June Challange. You can finish up your May miles here. This weekend we are going down to Birmingham for my wife's 5K Color Run. So I am getting a head start on posting the June link before I forget. Remember, you can declare your June goals early, but start logging them Sunday on June 1st.     Felt much better today and got my walk in to and from work and my training walk. I got in a total of just over 10k today.
