    It was a cold evening to go out running, but I still went out and got my training run in. My interval of running are longer this week but I had no problems doing them! (I'm doing C25K)

    Between the rainy weather this morning and my alarm clock not going off, I didn't get my walking in today to work but hope to tomorrow.
