Ran a Half Marathon pushing my 4 y.o. in the jogger on a hilly course today. And it wasn't my slowest half!0

So far 66 miles running and 23 on the bike. But for the 100 mile challenge, I don't count the bike stuff, so I still have a ways to go. My runs have been shorter (12 runs, 5.5 mile average) by over 1 mile per run compared to the past 8 months. I have a sense that I'm running on fumes and I did start to feel sick on the 8th. I kept trying to stick with it until Wednesday this week when it became stupid and I had to go see the doc and rest for 72 hours. Fortunately she said that I did not have to take the dreaded antibiotics and what she did describe was more for the throat than anything else.
I'm feeling a lot better now and hopefully that can continue and can have a solid week. But the summer is starting in FLA and the miles are going to come a lot harder over the next 4.5 months.0 -
