    Exactly. I hated skipping over ANY of them, because they are all amazing. But these are the ones that I consistently bring to mind when I'm in the gym.

    This clearly needs a bump.

    I was thinking of this thread as I was out running today. I haven't run outside for a long time, but as soon as I put my running outfit on, my dog was super excited and could barely contain herself as I put the leash on her. Just a reminder to me. I run for both of us.

    Love this one - I can't do crunches because I have a hole or something on my chest wall and something "comes out" when I do too many crunches (hernia?)...but planks, wall pushups, squats (didn't think that would do it for my stomach!) and just lifting in general have really helped get my mommy belly down more than any crunches I had attempted in the past.

    This picture is such a great inspiration...thank you :flowerforyou:
