Felt much better today and got my walk in to and from work and my training walk. I got in a total of just over 10k today.

7.25/15 - 7.75 to go. Well... I'm traveling tomorrow and doubt I'll be able to squeeze in a run. I'm going to try to get 3.5 in tomorrow, but there's no way I'll be hitting goal, even if I can run tomorrow. I guess I really over-estimated how much I'd be able to get in for the last 9 days of the month (or under-estimated how crazy life would be), when I joined the challenge. I will try again next month.0 -
