I just ate lunch. I had some butter lettuce and turkey rollups, some sliced mushrooms sauteed in coconut oil, and some sliced cucumber. I was going to eat a couple eggs, but I'm feeling kind of full so I decided against it.0

Three slices of wholemeal bread toasted with some low fat spread and a banana sliced on top and a cup of tea.
Why? this is my usual breakfast, keeps me filled up for ages.0 -

Turkey sandwich on whole wheat cinnamon swirl bread with spicy mustard. Sounds weird, tastes WONDERFUL!0

Chicken salad with full fat mayonnaise, full fat poppyseed dressing, celery, cranberries, pecans, and (of course) chicken. So good.0

I had two hardboiled eggs sliced on Wasa sourdough crackers topped with Laughing cow light and sriracha sauce. Hot damn it was glorious.0

Homemade energy bar made by a colleague. It was really nice and tempted to make some myself as it was nice and didn't seem to have anything bad in it (worse thing was honey - but no sugar, butter etc.).0
