Not much fitness wise. I've been on a taper the last couple of weeks for a cycling event on Saturday. This week I only had one short and slow ride mid-week...otherwise I'm not really supposed to be doing anything except eating, carb loading, and maybe a little walking.0

I won't say it because it would get me a strike, but I did it seven times today.
TFW no gf but high-speed internet.
Did a few sets of pull-ups too.
I'm in.0 -
I am sort of gassy - so staying away from other people is all.

I went to 50 minute Yolates (Yoga-Pilates) class, then to the gym for 15 minutes to do a few more stretches that we didn't do in class.0

Stationary Bike - 40mins, random program.
Wanted to go for 60, but that should just leave my legs with more juice for squats tomorrow!0 -
I-I did... S-seventeen minutes on an ellipitcal...
Then my knee (gorramit) started acting up again so I had to call it quits. But I at least got in something - I wasn't able to work out this morning, but I got it in at lunch.
Tomorrow if I don't have anything at lunch and my knee is feeling up to it, I'll try for another 30 minutes on top of my morning strength routine.0 -
Not much. Super boring day at work. I get off in an hour, then home to cook and eat dinner, then it's FitnessBlender for my cardio workout. Tomorrow I won't be coming into the office, so it'll be much more productive. Lifting day.0

I'm still at work and have been scarfing down Timbits (donut holes) lol. Might go for a run later on.0

I kept rearranging the furniture in my living room. New apartment and couldn't figure out a way to make my sectional fit and have access to my kitchen. I felt like I was doing a physical math problem. Then I just gave up and just took a nap and let my hubby figure it out when he came home. Now I'm about to eat the rest of my calories and read some news articles.0

I ran for half an hour. It was so hot outside too. I usually only run in the fall, winter and early spring.0
