What do your meals look like (show me pictures)....

Kale pesto? Wonder if they steamed the kale or seared it like chips then broke it down with the other ingredients.
When I make kale pesto, I usually just blanch kale in boiling water, then quickly bath it in cold water, and pulverise everything in the food processor using the pulse button.0 -
This is a bastardized version of what we call poutine in Quebec. French fries were baked instead of fried, and cheese curds has been replaced by a special type of squeeky tofu that imitates the texture of cheese curds.
It's not as good as the real thing, but it's a completely vegan version, and it's really (REALLY) less calorific.
Tonight's dinner, which was such a feast: an entire pork rib roast (marinated in olive oil with rosemary, garlic and lemon) cooked on the grill, a kale and brussels sprouts salad garnished with parmesan and pistachios (and a scrumptious lemon-anchovy dressing) and a little side of penne with pesto.
I just want to roll myself on the floor right now.

Yesterday, we went to a restaurant so small that instead of eating inside, they pack everything in a picnic basket and you eat outside in the park nearby. They serve southern comfort food, so I ate mac and cheese, fried chicken and cole slaw. Amazing.
This morning breakfast: Montreal Bagel (with onions, yum!), cream cheese, salmon, capers, red onion and aragula, organic bacon, fruits, espresso macchiato.
Lunch in a hurry: cajun chicken breast wrap with cheddar, pesto and aragula, bell peppers on the side.
Tonight's dinner: grilled paella with shrimps, clams and lobster. You won't have the finished deal with all the parsley and the lemon wedges, because we eat it at dusk with candle light (and a good bottle of wine). Romantic, but definitely too dark to take a picture.

This is my purple salad. 1 large roasted and peeled beet, raw beet greens, 1/4 head purple cabbage, minced purple onion, 1/4 cup mixed nuts & seeds, topped with Brianna honey mustard dressing. Usually comes to 430 calories for me, most of that being nuts and dressing.0 -
Leftover lobster turned into lobster roll with sweet potato fries, red bell peppers ans chips.
Tonight salad, niçoise style with fresh tuna steak, hard boiled egg and wax beans.
