Those pills won't help you. We have established that by now.
So if you are not losing with what you are eating I see three possibilities:
    1. You eat more than you think or that you are aware of. Logging everything would help.
    2. Breakfast, dinner and the snack are higher in calories than what you need and thus there is no deficit. Calculating your caloric needs and logging everything would help with this.
    3. Something in your body does not work as predicted by the formulas on which most members here base their diets. Contrary to the consensus here I do believe that this possibility applies to more than 1% of the population. You might have messed up your metabolism with your eating behavior in the last years or decades or you might have some endocrine condition or whatever. In this case however the most sensible thing to do would be to make an appointment with a specialist - and with specialist I mean somebody who successfully studied medicine. What does not help you are over-the-counter pills and cleanses.
So, what I would do now is to calculate your daily calorie needs, then log in everything your eat or drink for at least two weeks and if nothing changes than I would go to get myself checked-up, especially if you have other symptoms as well. I would do this after trying to log everything and you might want to print some documentation of what you ate or how much in order to avoid being dismissed by your doctor. He/she might still think you cheated somehow, but it is less likely and he will be more likely to take you serious instead of telling you to eat less if you show how serious you take it.
But it is unreasonable to lower your caloric intake too much or to take supplements or do cleanses.
Oh and BTW: You wrote you have had to deal with a lot in the last years. If you have a lot of stress in your life this might contribute to changes in your hormonal levels and if your body is very sensitive this might prevent you from losing weight. You might try to sleep enough and try to relax during the time in which you log everything. It might help.

I'm on week 2 of the raspberry ketone and xtreme cleanse tablet diet!!
I'm showing no sign of weight loss or inch loss!

I don't have much of an appetite anyway, so not eating less than usual...but I am drinking water/squash more. But not enough, I'm sure!

I just don't understand why I'm not losing weight, no matter what I do!!

I'm only 5ft (just) and being 11st 10 and a size 14-16 is NOT attractive!

    Because snake oil...

Also, as much as I loved unicorns as a little girl, I long ago realized that magic doesn't actually exist.

Eat at a modest deficit and eventually achieve the goals you want.

I don't eat a lot anyway.. Tea and 1 slice of toast for breakfast.
    A small lunch- sometimes
And a small chicken dinner - with either pasta, rice or salad

So I do NOT overeat or eat badly

Then you need to go to the doctor and start addressing your underlying medical condition.

what is this raspberry ketone i'm hearing so much about, doesnt seem to make sense to me..
i'm actually similar to you, i'm 5ft 1 and was 11st 13lbs when i started MFP. i'm now down to 11st 5 and a half lbs.. just stick with the calorie counting and regular excercise, eventually you'll lose the weight.. there's no quick fix to this. just keep at it.

Nobody is insulting you. You asked why you weren't losing and people told you why...if there was a magic pill, none of us would need a site like MFP.

Eating at a deficit is all you really need and just "watching what you eat" won't help. One of the biggest wow moments I had was when I weighed sugar. a teaspoon is equal to 4 grams. Bet what you think of as a teaspoon of sugar is more than 4 grams. Try it...it will truly open your eyes.

    EVERYBODY needs more Grohl...

OP: Toss the pills, move more, weigh and record all your food to ensure you are eating at a safe deficit and the weight will come off.

I don't think that others mean to insult you, I think that its a mix of bad choice of words on their end and a little over-sensitivity from you.

The fact is that whatever your MFP history, whatever you've done in the past and whatever supplement you buy, all it comes down to is calorie deficit. When you have a deficit, you lose weight. Having only 2 meals a day is your choice, but its the size of the meals that count. I'm not saying that you are, but if those two meals were a big pizza and a morning fry-up, that wouldn't help you lose any weight, and neither would 5 full-fat curries a day. Number of meals is immaterial, its the actual numbers, the meal content.

If you're going to keep insisting that you don't overeat or eat "badly" and continue to disregard the good advice you're being given, there's really little point to all of this because nothing is going to change.

I have a suspicion that you wanted reassurance about your Raspberry Ketone/Cleanse program and if you don't get that (and you won't) then you're not open to any other suggestions.
True! Maybe you're eating more than you think, or maybe you're not eating enough, but either way, you're getting defensive that the snake-oil Dr. Oz is slinging doesn't work....its a scam to take your money and I'm willing to bet it comes with a special "meal plan" suggestion that includes a calorie deficit (which you can do on your own).

The best way to get credible advice here is with facts....meaning logging your food and exercise accurately and consistently, because that's how most people are successful....

You may want to read this as well since you feel insulted: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1088600-dear-mean-people-of-mfp

Also if you are dealing/dealt with a lot of heartache or problems the last couple of years maybe you should go talk to someone about that and if necessary get on some medication. It's nothing degrading and it happens to a lot of people. Once you get your emotions figured out it will help you with your eating habits.

    Because those fads don't work.

Eat less, move more, be consistent, and patient. That's the only thing that works.

    Ask the magic 8 ball.

Seriously, the only thing that works is a Calorie Deficit. If you truly are eating at a calorie deficit, and are not losing any weight, then please see a doctor to be evaluated for underlying medical or hormonal issues that could be preventing weight loss.
