made some homemade garlic herb pizza dough and threw together a few small pizzas with it. both have a blend of fontina, romano and graskaas cheeses. one is tomato with two kinds of basil and the other is hen of the woods mushrooms, garlic, and and thyme.

I slow cooked some pork in the oven for about 8hrs. It was fantastic, and we managed to get three meals from it.
Pulled pork with salad:
I brought this mini-chicken roast from the supermarket. It was stuffed with figs and quinoa. It was OK, but not worth the calories (500ish, per serve) and I wouldn't buy them again.

We ate out a few times this week! :blushing: a had to give up breakfast a few times to make up for it.
Sweet chilli calamari salad (lunch out with co-workers):
(Home cooked!) Steak, salad and chips:
Dinner out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Steak, kipflers, mushrooms and brocolini.
Cherry cocktail (in a jar):
Brunch, cinnamon pancakes with mascarpone, strawberries and almonds:

Classic steak dinner. Medium rare!

Kale and brussels sprout salad (with parmesan, pistachios and lemon vinaigrette) + grilled chicken (whitout the skin, it looks so naked...) and pesto.
This is what we call "lazy lasagna", because we usually do this with mafalda corta, but I didn't find the malfada corta package in the pantry. Basically, it's skillet pasta with arrabbiata sauce, ground turkey, eggplant, kale and zucchini, with a big shower of mozzarella.
Egg white omelet with ham, cheese and weird lighting.
Grilled ratatouille with buffalo sausage and pesto pasta.
Costco french fries... Huhhhghh!! I didn't ordered them, it was part of my coworker lunch, but I love those crispy fries. I ate 6 or 7 pieces and was in heaven for a while. Yum!

Daivasimone, that first salad looks amazing! (Minus the brussel sprouts...)0

FANCY burgers! Which was the favourite?
I'd have to go the one with maple syrup.
Hog’s Breath grilled meat platter (ribs, steak, chicken and bacon on top)
B&J Café on the Gold Coast (clusterfluff is the bomb)
Yatala Pies Curry chicken and steak and mushroom

Oh man, I can die for a cheeseburger made with pimiento cheese. And the one with funnel cake is quite intriguing...0 -
Sunday's dinner on the grill: lamb chops, celeriac chips and garden salad made with our homegrown lettuce.

I just moved from a 2000-square-foot house to a 450-square-foot house. I did it on foot (no car or truck), carrying loads of boxes and/or dragging furniture between houses. I am insane. It took about two weeks. While this was going on I pretty much ate whatever the heck I felt like eating. I kept taking photos, though! They're just... kind of old.
I found the new Ben & Jerry's "cores" line at the store, so of course I had it for dinner like three nights in a row. One of these is the salted caramel core and the other is regular Phish food non-core.
Onion bagel sandwich with turkey, cream cheese, and tomato; sides of baby carrots and tomato with leftover ranch from a takeout meal.
Baby-leaf salad with black olives and tomato-bacon dressing, turkey-and-cheese sandwich on a multigrain thin.
Five-cheese ravioli in spicy sausage marinara with black olives.
Really, really random meal from before I had fully stocked the new fridge -- browned ground beef, frozen spinach, and whole-wheat rotini all tossed in butter with TJ's 21-Seasoning Salute.
Yesterday's brunch. Things are returning to normal! Croissant, Laughing Cow Swiss wedge, grapes, salted nectarine.
Today's lunch, fully settled in to the new place. I made a huge batch of this pasta salad last night: farfalle, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, yellow & orange bell peppers, and grilled chicken all tossed with tomato-bacon dressing and dried chives. It's the absolute best; I eat it all summer long (with minor vegetable variations as things come into/out of season).0
