This is awesome. You are all amazing! It's so great to see how people look at various places along the journey I'm going on and imagine how I will look not only at the end, but on the way too! Thanks for sharing.0

94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014
I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!
Wow you don't even look like the same person, congrats you look fabulous. I am sure you don't need a stranger telling you that, but it is so true and you should be totally proud of yourself, you look so happy in the second picture truly inspiring.2 -
I love all of these!!!0

Thank you all for sharing your amazing successes! I have been watching biggest loser and extreme weight loss shows and I feel like they are losing their weight too fast causing them to have to have surgery for skin removal... Have any of you found that you need a tummy tuck or arm surgery?
Again - you all look great!!0 -
Heads up! Underwear pictures ahead. If you're in the office or uneasy about half-naked pictures, I suggesting scrolling down very quickly.
I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.
Definitely an inspiration! Thanks for sharing0 -

I have lost fairly slowly but still have lots of saggy, loose skin, especially in my stomach, thighs, and upper arms. I'm sure that's because 1) I'm in my upper 50s, and 2) I weighed in the 200s for 30+ years. After 95 lbs lost, I have really considered a tummy tuck. But it can wait for a while. I'd rather go to Hawaii with the money at this point!4 -
5'4" here. Started at 135-ish when my last baby was around 10 months (2004). Got down to 100-102 at one point, but got smart and started lifting weights and eating right. I now sit around 113 and have way more muscle than I used to. I've kept in maintenance or purposely gaining weight/muscle for 10+ years now. I aim for FIT not skinny.
135 here - no exercise, and terrible diet
105 pounds here, lifting very little weights, 3-5lbs, decent diet but very low calories...note the excess amount of dimpling/cellulite on my legs! Ugh!
Finally started to lift weights, did about 6 months of Crossfit and heavy lifting by this point, and 112 pounds, lots more muscle
Last year, when I really started noticing the best changes, my cellulite is practically all but gone, heavy lifting (bad pic but you can see the change in my legs)
Recently, I was in the middle of a bulk here, but I'm still same weight - approximately 113 now - and much more muscle (and yes, I do still drink beer!)
Amazing truly a great example that women do need to lift heavy, cardio is great for your health but lifting is great for your body I am doing 5/3/1 program right now, I am starting all over because I was not allowed to lift during my pregnancy, I now wish I would have gotten a second opinion, but it is what it is, I have a happy healthy baby and now its time for me to get back in shape. Congrats you look amazing:)7 -
My progress picture is my profile picture. I'm 5'4, went from 180 to 139 in about 6 months, started my journey last June. Been maintaining for the last 6 months.3

My progress pic is my profile picture. I'm just about 5ft 4, started about 132lb, now 113lb. It doesn't sound like a huge weight loss but the difference is so noticeable, particularly in my stomach0

Cathylopez197 Thank you for sharing! Go to Hawaii!!! That would be alot more fun!!0

Ah this is making me wonder is 115lbs is more what my body weight should be for 5'4. I thought 130 was pretty small for 5'4. :indifferent:1

If you feel comfortable at 130 you could totally stop there. I think it depends a lot on whether or not you have a small or large-framed body, too. I'm 5'5 with a fairly large frame and I weigh about 166 at the moment, and I know if I tried to go below 140 I would look completely absurd lol.1 -

I'm 5'5'', I've been on mpf for 2 months and I've lost 13lbs (I think 3-4 of those were a fast water-weight loss in the first week and a half.) I'm about 172lbs just now, currently aiming for about 140lbs. I have a pic in my photos of me when I started in mid April, and just uploaded one yesterday of me two months on. I'm not sure that the difference is noticeable, but I have been told by a couple of people I don't see regularly that I look slimmer, I think it's mainly my face that looks a bit thinner (I've lost almost an inch from around my neck.)4

^^^^^ Omg! Your waist line is unbelievable!2 -
I'm not quite "done" but I don't know if I ever will be. 6 more pounds would be nice to round it off to an even 50, but I'm happy with the size I am now, would just like to be a little more toned. Have been working on some heavy lifting in the last 3 months.
5'5"
Start: 179, size XL/14
Now: 136, size S/4
