I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.
I'm 5'4" and started out around 170ish pounds and a size 14 in November of 2011; 145 pounds in the November 2012 picture; and 140 pounds in the September 2013 picture.
After a year of lifting I reached my goal weight of 135 and am now between a size 6 and a size 8 (and the size 8s are definitely starting to get too big).

I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!
