What's the worst thing you ever ate regularly pre-mfp?

Used to get 200g bags of tortilla crisps for 46p at Tesco, along with 60p bags of 5 jam doughnuts, maybe a liter for full fat milk and a few bags of chocolate buttons, then sit and graze through it on the xbox, then maybe a pizza and a few beers in the evening - used to be a standard saturday for me and my mates!0

I would eat an entire package of cream cheese with pretzels almost daily..........that was my "healthy" snack.0

I was always the girl at potlucks who piled the food onto the plate and went back to get seconds, sometimes thirds too! At work pizza parties, I've eaten three big costco slices with a salad all in one go. Yeah... I ate a lot back then and I ate whatever I wanted.0

Mine would have to be the sodas. I had to have a large dr pepper every morning to wake up. On my lunch I would get another...after work another, with dinner another...I rarely drank water!! Now I drink that crap and my stomach hurts. I still crave it every now and then but when I indulge it hurts!! :-)0

Up until I got serious about eating healthier, i would eat crap like swiss rolls or cupcakes for breakfast and lunch and whatever we had as a family for dinner (usually tried to fix something decent since i'm feeding kids)....and it was an every day thing like this. Sometimes if we had cake left over from a birthday or something, that would be breakfast and lunch. I've only been at this for a couple weeks but today I noticed when I was grocery shopping, all that stuff that I used to eat didn't appeal to me or bother me at all. I've got a whole box of swiss rolls in the pantry now that's been there for 3 weeks probably and I don't even care. That is a huge step for me.
ETA....dr.pepper is my biggest weakness though. if i don't have it in the house, i'm fine, but once it's here, ill drink every drop in a day until it's gone. Same with candy bars like reeses.0 -

Hungryman XL dinner. Usually fried chicken. I would wash that down with at least one bowl of ice cream with hot fudge. Looking back, I am astonished I only ballooned to 350lbs.0

pre mfp HAH. last thursday I had a bag of chips ahoy. one sleeve plus 2 then finished it off friday morning. I'm fighting yesterday and today tho!0

Chicken thai fried rice from Thai Express. The fact that it tastes good is probably the only good thing about it!0

Oh, lots of bad stuff. An entire box of stove-top stuffing in one sitting with half a cube of butter on top. 2 Wendy's Caesar salads with three orders of nuggets cut up on top of them in one sitting. With a frosty. Huge helping of pasta with butter and cheese. Entire frozen pizzas. The list goes on....0

Either an entire large delivered pizza, or a large Dairy Queen blizzard. or entire box of Girl Scout thin mints0

Multiple plates at the buffet places piled high and deep. I can't eat like that now. Even when I plan to eat all my calories in one meal I never come near the calories that was.0

A&W Sausage & Egger breakfast sammichez. 2 of them, like every other day.
Now, I splurge on them maybe twice a year, and then pay the price, dearly. Not worth it :P0 -
For awhile in college I ate nothing but crap from 7-11 every single day. (Digiornos, nachos, hot dogs, BOMB burritos...etc.)0

An entire medium everything supreme from Dominos, an entire pint of Haagen Dazs vanilla, candy by the bag full, potato chips, and an entire can of Macadamia nuts (several ounces) ... I would sometimes eat 3 chili dogs at a time with chili (meat and beans type) and cheese and onions and sometimes I would eat a fourth:( The question isn't what I ate, but what I didn't eat. I am a recovering food addict. Now I have lost 130 lbs, it is getting slower and slower but still going to get the last few pounds... then decide if I want to lose more...0

Mondays used to be 0.25 cent wings at Wings Etc... My ex and I would go almost every week and I'd eat like 30 wings with fries while he'd eat closer to 50.0

Probably the large Baconator (double, of course) meal from Wendy's with a vanilla Frosty. Side of ketchup & mayo to dip everything in...0

Now a tall frappucino light is a rare treat and I love making my own coffee at home and savor it (freshly ground each morning, half coffee half steamed milk, bit of cinnamon)0 -

Baconator from wendy's with large fry
Pizza (any kind) like a whole medium or large pizza by myself completed with bottle of wine
Fries- lots of french fries
Wine- LOTS of wine.
Chocolate cupcakes (more than 1 in a sitting)
Whole packets of Oreos
Nutella
Hot Brown platter from Chick Fil a
needless to say a lot of stuff has been cut from my diet simply for control sake, I do still eat sweets but I buy single serve and make sure I have the 'budget' for it! I've also tried to find new ways to create at home my old favorites!0 -
It's not what I ate, just how much of it! I didn't moderate ANYTHING! A bowl of ice cream was a BIG bowl of ice cream with seconds later. Pizza was 6 slices with one or two later. I drank Pepsi all day long. Etc.
I still do ice cream, Pepsi, and pizza, along with anything I want, but I log it and adjust as needed.0 -
ok here it goes..
I would buy cake batter, mix with the frosting, add water and eat it with a spoon. Usually a little and keep refilling my bowl.
I would buy a large pizza hut pizza, garlic bread and 1L of coke and have it all in one sitting.
I would have a large serve of mcdonalds every saturday when I was doing my laundry.
I would drink litres of beer (this I still sometimes do, but the bloat! And im a light-weight now, so not so much)
I would have a burger, fries and sauce delivered to my house most weekends..
This wasnt all at once, but some of the bad habits that stood out!0 -
I would eat as much as I wanted in Cheetos and Doritos, Pillsbury Croissant Rolls, Nutella, White Bread, Coffee Ice Cream, McDonald's Filet-O-Fish.
I would also drink sugary drinks. I especially loved Grapefruit Juice Squeeze.0 -

A grilled zweigel's hotdog, wrapped in 80/20 burger, wrapped in a slice of bacon and deep fried served on a hard roll with cheddar cheese and mayo. Not even gonna try and calculate that.
ETA: ....and onion rings

LOL gotta love the burgerdog :-) Haven't had one in a couple years but we also have something called the Garbage Plate.
It's Macaroni (or potato) salad, baked beans, home fries and either a cheese burger or hotdogs (had both white hots and red hots) piled on a plate with meat hot sauce.

OMG I ATE SO MANY OF THESE (well imitations of these... I was a few towns away), not even when I was at my heaviest. And I don't regret a single one of them.
I do regret this one time where I went to Dominoes on the way home, bought a medium cheese pizza and 2 chocolate lava cakes, brought them home and presented them to my roommate only to have her say "no thanks I'm not hungry" - so I ate 7 out of 8 slices in front of my computer, went to sleep, woke up and ate the last slice and both lava cakes as my breakfast. This was maybe this past November.
Another time in January I went to the convenience store, bought a 20 oz thing of Brisk and a BOX of Oreos, brought it home and ate the whole thing over like 2 and a half days (the tea was gone after like an hour).
3 years earlier, when I was actually acquiring the weight, a pretty normal lunch at the dining hall was a grilled cheese with as much popcorn chicken and french fries as I could fit on the plate. Then I would go back for seconds. And I ate dessert as a matter of principle, even if I thought it was disgusting.0 -

Still sounds tasty. :-/ But there is no way I could have all three items in the same day anymore.0 -
