French Toast casserole recipe please?

I used this recipe as my inspiration. But I only had 3 people to feed.

    http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/05/cinnamon-baked-french-toast/

    So I used:

6 slices of spiced fruit bread.
    3 eggs
    1/2 a cup of milk
A few tablespoons of sour cream (I didn't have cream)
    3 tablespoons of brownsugar.

I greased the dish with butter and put the bread in there.
Then I mixed the remaining ingredients in bowl, and poured it over the bread.
I put that in the fridge (I did this part at midnight).

Then when I got up the next morning, I put cinnamon sugar on top and whacked it in the oven for 45mins.

Ross had his with maple syrup, but didn't think it was required.

I think it came to about 500cals.

VERY similar to the protein bread pudding I've been making lately. Going to try adding the dry mix after though as I haven't been. (And mine is 250 cals per 1/4 which means I can fit all 4 serves in on the day I make it )

After reading your recent posts on the necessity of breakfast, to come here and find the classic 'bro meal' of chicken and broccoli in this thread! I don't mean to offend Jassi, it is a delicious looking meal and one I eat myself, but still, chuckles were had.

    Arabic Salad.
Tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, parsley and mint. I usually eat it with some hummus on a slice of toast, added to a salad or by itself.
