Good morning gals! YAY!!! I am down 4.5 pounds this week!!!!!!! Wahoo!!!!! And it puts me down 1/2 pound from my start weight of this challenge...FINALLY under again!! So I am VERY happy and it makes me even more motivated to continue to make good choices!
Here's the plan for today:
B-Oatmeal, light juice, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, breakfast bar
L-fat free cottage cheese, reduced fat crackers, baby carrots, light yogurt
S-Apple, string cheese
D-Teryaki sesame ginger pork, soy broccoli and mushrooms, brown rice

Hey All!!! Good Morning!!
I am down 2.8lbs! Slow and steady, slow and steady.
I have not exercised, and only marginally been watching what I eat.
I think one thing that is helping is that my bf and I agreed not to eat out again until we got out for Valentine's Day! This is a BIG deal for us, as we have got used to eating out atleast once a day- sometimes even EVERY meal out!
But, since last Thursday we have not ate out at all! So we are doing good!
This week I need to focus on more water consumption, and atleast 3- 30 minute workouts. These will have to be done via exercise DVD bc we are currently ICED in!

Down 2 pounds! Last week I stuck to my 1200 cals per day and there was only 1 day where I went over. That was yesterday because of the BCS Championship game. Its hard to watch a stressful(I am an Oregon Duck fan) game and not over eat! But those things are going to happen in life. This week I am adding exercise. I dont have to work today so I am headed to the gym as soon as the kiddos are off to school. I do work the remainder of the week, that will be the true test....making it to the gym everyday for the remainder of the week. Wish me luck!0 -

It "looks" like my weight stayed the same... but I've actually lost 5 lbs that I gained during traveling all last week. So I consider this a victory!!!!!!!!!! YAY~0 -

Hello ladies! I'm back! I hope you don't mind that I re-join in the middle. I totally slacked off pretty much from about Thanksgiving until now, and I don't want to wait another few weeks and give myself more time off. I want to jump back in head-first. I gained just under 10 pounds over the holidays from completely not caring what I ate and giving up exercise as well. This week my classes started back up at the YMCA, and I have a nice mixture. Hoping that will help me get rid of the yucky 10, plus my last 10 I need to reach my goal.0 -

AFM: I had another great night! It was a light night for me and I did a 15 minute Ab workout last night for exercise. It burns about 100 calories, so is pretty good and I can feel it this morning!! I also had a fun evening playing with Kadence and then after she was in bed, catching up on some reading!
Plan for today:
B-Multigrain cheerios, skim milk, coffee w/sugar free creamer
S-Banana, cereal bar
L-Turkey, 1 oz. cheese, spinach and honey mustard on light wheat bread, baby carrots, light yogurt
S-2 clementines, almonds
D-Homemade turkey meatloaf (YUMMY!), mashed red potatos, salad with dark greens, tomatos, cucumber, carrots and spritzer dressing

and YAY the docs scale is EXACT To mines at home! ..... and I was so pleased to see 277 this morning! ... which means im down from 286 the beginning of december! ..... WOooHoooo!
I got everything i needed to checked... even got a stubborn mole on my arm burnt off ..... So i feel REFRESHED and ready for this YEAR! ....
I so love my doc ..... and he makes things so much easier! .....
Ive been doing the Food Lovers Fat Loss System!!!!! and it proves to be a GREAT system for me!
because after months of staying one weight for EVER .... i finally saw a drop after 6 days on this program!!!!!!!
So i recommend it!
