Before and after losing a total of 50 pounds! I am exercising daily now.. best lifestyle change I could ever make for myself
I went from a size 14 jeans to a size 6!
How long did it take you to loose that weight?0 -
I'm all nervous to even post these, I am so conflicted between pride and shame!
I have more (non-blurry) before and afters here, from when I officially started my fitness journey: http://livingdomesticallyimpaired.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html
...and I thought those were pretty good until I found this horrendous picture of myself from a hiking trip a full year before I started being really serious about losing weight. Compare to the before pictures in that link and you will see! I've lost waaaaaay more than I realized.
Before: Around November 2012, 5' 5.5" tall, weight unknown, but I don't even wanna guess.
After: Hiking this past weekend, in some pants that were too snug at my previous weight! Currently 129 lbs on a good day.
These pics are blurry, but I think we can see it's time to just retire those pants.
Never thought I'd have the confidence (or the hip circumference) to wear something like this!0 -
I looove seeing everyone's progress here! It's wonderful motivation and so inspiring. You guys are awesome. :flowerforyou:
I think I'm finally in a spot where I'm comfortable sharing my own progress. I still have some work to do but I didn't really realize how far I'd come until I looked at pics side by side. They're not the greatest quality pictures but it's all I've got on hand.
I'm 5'2" (and a half, heh)

This is really incredible to me. You should be a spokesperson for the "weight is just a number" argument-- we weigh the same and I've got 4 inches on you and you look way better than I do.
I was going to say the same thing! I weight 128ish and I don't look as fit or as good. weight is really just a number. Looking fit and strong beats looking thin any day!0 -

Hi.
I am doing workout 4 times a week and after each session during fat reduction period I was doing 30 minutes on cross trainer (including HIIT for 10 mins). All the exercises I do at home because I work at night and during the day I spend time with my child.
All my life I was obese and finally saw the results since I started count calories. I bought kitchen scale July last year.
I found some calories calculator on website and calculate my daily calories to maintain the weight. I deduct around 600-800 calories just to get deficit.
I am using diet ''IF IT FIT YOUR MACROS''.
I eat everything and recording all macros. Clean and Dirty Food.
As long as it fit my balance, weight goes down without any problems.
During Fat reduction I kept macros :
-Protein: 30%
-Carbs: 50%
-Fat: 20%
Since I started mass bulk period I added around 800 calories and now my weight is going up very slowly.
My diet and training looks exactly the same. I just don't do cardio now.
At this moment I am on 4300 calories/day. I don't mind whether it's a training day or not.
Mass Gain period macros balance:
-Protein: 25%
-Carbs: 55%
-Fat: 20%
