Daeji bulgogi (korean grilled pork), homemade kimchi, sweet potato and homegrown lettuce to wrap every delicious morsel of pork in.

    YUM.

What are you serving with the pork (between the sweet potato and the lettuce?)

    Arabic Salad.
Tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, parsley and mint. I usually eat it with some hummus on a slice of toast, added to a salad or by itself.

Looks tasty. Do you chop all this by hand?

It's kimchi, the funky, spicy, korean fermented cabbage. I'm hooked on this.

Oh, I love kimchi, I should have recognised it, I didn't even see it in your list of items. Clearly need new glasses.

I whipped up some pretty awesome tasting roast carrot "steak fries" last night! Dipped them in some hummus and they were amazing! Every bit as good as french fries, for sure.
