Arabic Salad.
Tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, parsley and mint. I usually eat it with some hummus on a slice of toast, added to a salad or by itself.

Daeji bulgogi (korean grilled pork), homemade kimchi, sweet potato and homegrown lettuce to wrap every delicious morsel of pork in.
YUM.
What are you serving with the pork (between the sweet potato and the lettuce?)

I whipped up some pretty awesome tasting roast carrot "steak fries" last night! Dipped them in some hummus and they were amazing! Every bit as good as french fries, for sure.

Had avocado smashed on sourdough toast this morning with flaky salt & olive oil. Ugh. So good. I wish I could eat this for every single meal.
Dinner at work last night was pan roasted asparagus with shallots, jasmine rice w/ basil & green onion (grown on my fire escape!), cherries, and greenmarket strawberries with sour cream & sugar -- the way my Bubbie used to eat them
