Lifting 5x per week on a deficit and working with a trainer. I killed it every single session.
My overall results of lifting from start to now.

My guns
I don't have any real before pictures. I was happy with my weight and decided to incorporate heavy lifting. This is after 3 months. I have never felt better!

Saving this for inspiration. You ladies look awesome!0

Never posted pics in a forum before, so hopefully this works
Before picture - 2010
After picture - June 2014
Since 2010 I have been implementing a little bit of everything from running, Zumba, HIIT training, kickboxing, T25, Insanity, Les Mills Body Pump/Body Combat, general toning and cardio exercises, but in the last recent weeks I started the StrongLifts 5x5 and I do believe I've seen more of a transformation with weight training than anything else. Makes me wished I had started it a long time ago.7 -
Bumping to look at more Later.. You ladies are inspiring0

I don't know how to add pics onto a thread but - my profile picture is the result of six months of lifting. I was a marathon running cardio bunny before and was definitely the embodiment of the phrase "skinny fat". I've never had any definition in my stomach until now (I had a real pot belly before which meant I had to buy size UK10-12 jeans - that is by no means an unacceptable size but on my frame it meant jeans were REALLY baggy around the backside/thigh area as all my fat was on my tummy rather than evenly distributed )
Love looking at everyone's success stories :flowerforyou:0 -
OMG!!! i'm going back to gym after seeing this! and example of consistency and discipline! !!!I do not have any proper before pics as I was very very camera shy due to the weight I had gained. However, I did find one taken on holiday just before I started on MFP at the age of 44.
I lost 37lbs through a reasonable caloric deficit and lifting over the course of a year. Since then I have done a bulk and a cut and am now reversing back up ready to bulk again. A couple of my most recent pictures, now at 46 years old:
