bought a grill from a friend and it was heavy and my husband says to me jump up in that truck and scoot it over. I thought yes I can do that, now I am smaller it is a lot easier.4

Today, for the first time, I lead a song in Zumba class, a dance a friend and I created together.. Never in a million years would I have gone in front of people and taught a dance before. It was definitely a challenge for me, and I did it!14

My NSV today, is when trying on a dress, that wouldn't fit and not only did it fit perfectly, was that I found I had put it on, without undoing the side zip !!
I was very happy.6 -
Embarrassing but my underwear fell off while I was walking down stairs and wearing a skirt and someone saw :blushing:! so I rewarded myself with 10 much needed new pairs.5

I went to sample wedding cakes with my mom and sister…we got chocolate, red velvet, and vanilla with strawberry filling. In the past I would have eaten all I could stand of each of them, probably equaling out to a big slice of cake, but instead I had one bite of each flavor. I was so happy that I got to sample my wedding cake, but I was also really proud that I didn't let it ruin my day of healthy eating11

Discovered my core is stronger yesterday-- was able to get out of a chaise lounge by the pool without rocking to get up-- my core was able to get my body up without added momentum! WHEEE!!!12

I wore a killer red dress to a work do this weekend ( 2 sizes smaller) and had a natural strut and dint feel embarrassed. Next day I saw friends I haven't seen for 3 months and was told buy 3 separate people how 'hot' I was. Been grinning ever since and it has motivated me to go back to the gym tonight after a little break.10

Was able to hold a headstand longer both in total and without any help in balance in yoga day before yesterday. Also, same class, was able to do a full wheel 3 times easily and with my best form yet (previous was getting up twice or rarely three times and not great form).4

I went the pool yesterday with daughters and grandkids and didn't feel self conscious in my suit.5

I can wear my class ring (size 5) from almost 30 years ago! I was shocked!10

I am going through some girl's 14-20 stuff for my youngest sister, and I am fitting into the junior's S shirts and kid's 18.5 pants and shirts. It's scary that I'm comfortably fitting into stuff that I wore when I was 11. :noway:6

I had a falling out with a guy i started dating, started spin class, saw him 5 days later and his jaw dropped for a good 45 seconds. Iv lost 20 lbs so far and I'm hitting round 2 to lose the next 20lbs. Made me feel good someone noticed so soon.
Spin class made a difference so soon, I think its the right thing for me to stick with.

My boss commented to me this past week " you've lost a significant amount of weight".
I smiled, and said "Yes, yes I did."
I then joking said "Can I have a raise to buy new clothes?".
He was not amused, but I was.21 -
I ran a sub 40 minute 5K on Saturday. THEN, once I'd showered, I headed to the store and bought new pants in a size 8. And they fit! Woot!!!7

I ran 13 miles today! A year ago I couldn't run 60 seconds!13

I was worried that I couldn't even run 30 sec. to do the c25k so I decided to give it a try.
At first I didn't think I could got the whole time but I made it to the end.
I can't wait for next week to really start the program.7 -
Went hiking in Colorado last July and was constantly out of breath, before I really started exercising a lot (mainly running, plus I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma this past fall) Went again last week and we hiked, fished, climbed huge rocks, and it was all so much easier this year! Only down 20 lbs, but I can tell my fitness level has drastically improved.7

Today I got my wedding ring off without even twisting it at all. Back in April I could barely get it off with lotion and tons of twisting. It made me so happy!7
