I love going back and reading these! Thanks for all the posters. I've been a bit stuck lately and dealing with a lot of stress, so I need to read these to keep me going. Love them all! Congrats to everyone for all the hard work and achievements!2

I ran 13 miles today! A year ago I couldn't run 60 seconds!12

I was worried that I couldn't even run 30 sec. to do the c25k so I decided to give it a try.
At first I didn't think I could got the whole time but I made it to the end.
I can't wait for next week to really start the program.7 -
Went hiking in Colorado last July and was constantly out of breath, before I really started exercising a lot (mainly running, plus I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma this past fall) Went again last week and we hiked, fished, climbed huge rocks, and it was all so much easier this year! Only down 20 lbs, but I can tell my fitness level has drastically improved.7

I've kept 125 pounds off for a year and a half!38

Today I got my wedding ring off without even twisting it at all. Back in April I could barely get it off with lotion and tons of twisting. It made me so happy!7

Well I will send you good wishes and hope you don't start eating or drinking with the stress - I've been through a lot in my life, some times I turned to food, then I turned to drink but most recently, when my dad died I stopped eating, which was just as bad.
I love reading all of these as well.1 -

Wow !! That is great as karen millen are small sizes - you want to try per una, you will be an 8 in them x1 -
Great stories everybody! Thanks for sharing. For me I’d say that I have two NSV’s, one is that more and more people are complementing me on my weight loss and second is that I’m down to my last belt loop on my belt and many of my close are too big for me now and I need to start buying a smaller wardrobe.4

While running yesterday morning in the beautiful and humid Fargo, ND sunshine, I saw my shadow and it didn't look fat to me15

There have been many NSVs over the past 3 months of being back:
1. I have to get a new belt today - or get a nail and hammer to put another hole in the one I got (buying two new ones)
2. I rode 41 miles on my bike Friday - never thought I would make it that far so quickly (only been riding shy of two months)
3. I have to get new pants - legs and bottoms are too baggy and waist is too bunched up
4. I can see my feet without bending forward a tad
5. People keep complementing me and asking how much have I lost (no one recognized the first ten but they have definitely recognized the last 12)
6. I can bend over and tie my shoes without being short of breath
7. My life is sleeping better at now since my snoring is GONE (I still don't sleep well due to sleep insomnia - cat naps)
Life is so grand when it is not dependent on the scale alone.6
