    I like to steam some broccoli and sliced carrots, throw in a couple sliced turkey dogs at the end, and have the whole mess topped with a hard-boiled egg and lots of hot sauce. Easy, quick, great macros.

    keep them high protein lunches coming!!! Chick Fil A's new grilled chicken tenders are great and high in protein

    I like doing stir fry (meat, nuts, veggies), turkey sausage & peppers, lean meatballs. tuna salad & cucumbers. Lots of ideas you could mix up here.

    I eat a fairly big (for me) breakfast ...... mostly protein & veggies.

    Then I'm not very hungry at lunchtime ..... dinner leftovers, or assorted raw veggies with hummus, cheese, fruit, yogurt.

    I made this for the week and it's good

    4 oz chicken breast
    1 whole hard boiled egg
    2 hard boiled egg whites
    1 tbsp. light mayo
    2 tbsp. plain fat free greek yogurt
    1 tbsp. dill pickle relish
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix it all together and enjoy. I usually eat inside a pita with spinach
