Can't wait until I'm like you guys and have amazing photos to post.
3 Months into my lifestyle change at the end of June, one more pound to lose this month.3 -
Still working on it, but I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 144 pounds.
At over 200 lbs and wearing a very tight size 16 pants (the blue shirt)
Here is one a couple of months ago, wearing a size 10
TODAY at 144 pounds and wearing size 8 pants and a medium top (my 9 y/o took the pic, which is why it's fuzzy) - one of my coworkers told me today that I was abnormally thin! LOL!
I have about another 10 pounds to lose, I think, but I'm almost there!
Edit due to idiot moment.1 -

Thanks for this thread; I needed a bit of inspiration today.
I'm 5'4" 52 years old
There are a year's worth of progress pictures on my profile page.
I'm just back from about a six week break from logging. I gained about five pounds in that time, which I consider a success. I counted nothing and ate "anything" but found that a year's worth of good habits didn't disappear. I overindulged a bit but not as bad as "before" and there was a beach trip, a big birthday bash, and several camping trips with friends. All that socializing adds up to more alcohol than I ought to have - empty evil carb heavy liquid goodness.
I'm ready to get back on the wagon and hold myself more accountable to knock these last 20-30 pounds off.2 -

I always found it SO helpful and motivating to browse and see other women of my same height, something real and tangible to compare to and see what is realistic!0

Hi
I am 5'5" I have lost 17 lbs. in 2 months. This site is a big part of my success so far!1 -
I went from 246 to 207 and I'm still working on it. My before/after is my profile pic. Pic on the left is my wedding day, June 2010, after which I gained 10 pounds (at that heavier weight I regret to say I avoided cameras like the plague). In that picture I was wearing shapewear, even, and you can still see the belly. Pic on the right is today. I think I weigh approximately 207 but I'm having trouble finding accurate scales. I'm trying to get down to 180 eventually!0

I truly find ALL of you inspiring. BUT the BEST part about this thread is realizing that it takes EVERYONE so much time to see results and to really get to where you want to me. I think people tend to give up cause they don't see changes fast, but this is SOOOO motivating to keep pushing and continue to work hard. I know I know, everyone has heard this, but the weight didn't come on over night so you can't lose it overnight.
WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!!! If I could clap for you I would :happy:2 -

This is about a 10 lb difference over three months. I started off at 155, but didn't take a "before" shot until 140 (left pics). I'm now 130 (right pics).16 -
