Hi all, I've not done this before but need a challenge in July - because in June I seem to have slowed down dramatically as I've spent more and more time behind my desk at work. I feel awful - so I'm setting a target of hitting this MOVE IT challenge every week and losing 5 pounds in July. First decision taken, I've volunteered to walk the dog each morning so that will give me 20 minutes a day as a starter!
