    Week # 5 – July 28th -- Goal 360 minutes:

    Mon: 60min (walk 3 miles)
    Tue: 95min (ran 4 miles...ok, so I walked .2 after mile 3, but my total mileage was 4! then walked/ran another 3 miles with my son in a continuing effort to rehab and strengthen his foot after an injury a year ago)
    Wed: 120min (walked around a flea market for 3 hours, but due to the slow pace am counting 2 hours)
    Thur: 75min (ran 2 miles, then walk/ran 3 miles with my son for 5 miles total)
    Fri: 0
    Sat: 0 (lots of stuff, but none deliberate exercise)
    Sun: 45 (ran)

    Total / min left: 395 !!
