    Mon: 40 (3 mi)
    Tue: 110 min (Pilates, 5 mi trot)
    Wed: 85 min (4.65 mi)
    Thur: 90 min (5 mi)
    Fri: 125 min (7 mi walk)
    Sat: 60 min (3 mi)
    Sun: 70 min (3.79 mi)

    Mon: 60min (walk 3 miles)
    Tue: 95min (ran 4 miles...ok, so I walked .2 after mile 3, but my total mileage was 4! then walked/ran another 3 miles with my son in a continuing effort to rehab and strengthen his foot after an injury a year ago)

    Weight Watchers has a way to do it and I am a subscriber of their activitylink which challenges you to get a certian amount of each day and each week. I love it.
