    Hi all, I've not done this before but need a challenge in July - because in June I seem to have slowed down dramatically as I've spent more and more time behind my desk at work. I feel awful - so I'm setting a target of hitting this MOVE IT challenge every week and losing 5 pounds in July. First decision taken, I've volunteered to walk the dog each morning so that will give me 20 minutes a day as a starter!

    I'm definitely in!!! my weight has been fluctuating every week and i need something to keep me accountable. i am going to start this week off with the goal of 180 minutes as my exercising has been inconsistent. i've just gotten done 31 minutes :)

    Mon: 9 mins treadmill, 41 mins elliptical (NSV, resistance 11 from 10; strides per min 100+)

    Had to add the NSV. It's amazing how much more difficult resistance 11 is than 10 on the elliptical, especially keeping strides/min over 100 as I force myself to do. HR was literally at max.

    Tue 01/07/14 = 10 min stretch + wall sit, 26 min yoga, 15 min Just Dance 4, 18 min HIIT (Neila Rey's 30 Day HIIT, to be exact. I highly recommend it! Free visual workouts in .pdf--what more could you ask for?)
