Since I blew past my original goal of 25 miles last month and hit 40, I'll say 50 miles this month.0

I'm in, a bit of a newbie to running but loving it so far

Newbie here! I've ran off an on over the past few years, but never consistently and never gotten far over that 5k mark. 4 miles has been my max! So taking into consideration some work travel that will make running difficult, I'm going to start with a 30 mi goal.

My wisdom teeth are coming out mid month and the surgeon and pharmacist say I can't exercise on these meds so my revised goal for July is 20 miles. I was really hoping to work on my pace this month. Sigh.

Just made my June goal of 50. Setting it at 60 for July! Starting training for a half marathon so gotta kick it up!0

I'm just getting back to running post-kid #3. Frustratingly, I am slower and less fit than I was at 6 months pregnant at Thanksgiving. Starting slow with a 30 mile goal for July.

Not new to running, but have never logged huge miles. I am new to MFP, however, and this is my first challenge. I'm going to start low, with 35 miles for July. Good luck, everyone!
