Since my weight has not moved, I'm hoping for an 8 pound weight loss this month.
I started exercising June 17th and have exercised for 11 of those days. I did not change my eating and have not had any weight loss. In fact, there were a couple of days that I gained! HELP. I am going to track all of my food and try not to go over 1200 calories.0 -

I need some motivation so I am in! I haven't lost much the last month and hopefully this will help me regain some focus. I would really like to be below 260 by the end of July, but I will settle for just losing five pounds, anything else would be a wonderful bonus.

I am hoping to lose these ten pounds in this month. I want to catch it before it gets out of control. then maintain. Looking for friends for this site. I have had friends that started this with me and they quit 5 months ago. I just started back up because my clothes are not fitting right and I refuse to buy new ones.0 -

Which looks great, except that I actually hit goal weight once and got down to 124lbs last year, but then changed jobs at the start of 2014, took my eye off the ball and the weight piled back on. I am finding it much harder to get motivated to lose it again, even though I only want to lose 14 lbs.
