Oh I SO SO need this challenge! Most people are more active in the summer and eat lighter--but to me summer means drinking beer on restaurant patios and shoving french fries into my mouth and then maybe MAYBE swimming/walking for 20 minutes. Weight loss is way easier for me during the brutal North Dakota winters when I don't leave my house but get bored enough to jump on my hamster wheel regularly. Plus I like comfort foods in winter, and to me comfort food is oatmeal, lentil soup, sweet potatoes, just warm hearty (vegan) food.

I lost 12 lbs from the end of November to the end of January, but then kinda stalled. Not sure if it's because I'm on 30 mg of Paxil or if it\s cause I have PCOS, so I recently started cutting my pills in half. Hopefully that will do the trick, although I don't want to go off it completely. I also started exercising last week. Doing 3 miles of Fartlek training four days on, one day off. I'm really enjoying this style of workout and it really makes me sweat.0 -
I've been up and down the same 15 lbs for the last year, so I'm hoping to get moving in one direction
