There are a LOT of things that taste better than Oreos, IMO. Also, cake can frequently not be that delicious... I've had plenty of dry, boring cake in my life.

OO OO PIC ME! Pure, unsweetened, dark chocolate. High calories, high awfulness...

Haha that's actually one of my favorites. My taste buds are weird.

I'm having a hard time coming up with a "bad" food that isn't tempting.

I could name dozens and dozens that don't taste good to me, but since taste is personal I don't know what good it will do you.

    Plain potato chips
    Pop-Tarts
    Any gummy candy
    Most hard candy
    chocolate covered raisins
    McD hamburgers
    Many frozen pizzas
    Artificial maple syrup
    donuts
    bologna
    all Little Debbie cakes
    most grocery store baked goods
Frozen cakes (e.g. Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins)
    pepperoni pizza
    most mass produced cookies

Anything that is extremely sweet. I like sweet, but only to a point. I've thrown cookies away from one particular local bakery that for some reason makes many of their goods way too sweet to taste anything other than sugar. When the sugar totally overpowers the fat, it's just too sweet to enjoy.

    Cadbury Eggs (shudder)

Candy Corn - This has to be recycled ear wax or something

Mayo - as a topping, if it's cooked in and I can't taste it, ok.

Almost any 'Southern' treat, moved to the South 5 years ago (US Southeast)
Sweet Tea - Tea flavored Kool Aid
Grits - Greasy corn with the flavor removed
Boiled peanuts - Enjoy your peanuts tasting like they were accidentally left in dirty dishwater for two days? Me neither.

Garlic Bread - have to agree on this one. There are few ways to really ruin good bread, and this is one of them

I was going to say mean things to you about this but then i saw you live in FL. Florida isn't really The South. It's technically located in the southern part of the US but it's not The South. All is well. You basically live in New Jersey with no snow and better roads.

I know a lot of people that avoid fruitcake like the plague. I like one or two versions with lots of pecans.

I'm a huge Christmasphile. I want to like everything associated it with it, no joke. Boxed fruit cake is disgusting but I'm thinking one of these days I should try an actual fresh cooked, well made fruit cake. The concept alone, cake meets all kinds of fruit, sounds like it should be amazing.

Yeah no. My mom is an excellent baker.

Are we talking real mayonnaise or those awful imitation brands that call themselves mayo? Real mayonnaise (like Hellman's or Best) is about as close as store bought can come to making your own. Homemade mayonnaise is sublime, but takes time and effort to make and doesn't keep that long. I could eat a bowl full of it, though.

  • Churros originate in Spain, they are not an American DELICACY. Some suck, some are delicious, like anything, it mostly depends on where you get it. They are their own thing, not donuts.

H..How did you get oveweight to begin with?!

Exactly! Excessive calories in the form of vegetables and whole grain bread, I guess. I'm wondering if this is one of those, "if I say I don't like it, I won't eat it." Those people that are like, "Ew, that fried chicken is so greasy. Do you even know how they cook that garbage? I'll just have a salad," when you know inside they're like....

    tumblr_inline_mlc1prhxcD1qz4rgp.gif

Nope. Unfortunately I know from painful personal experience that you can get super fat overeating on a relatively small selection of foods.

I could do a super long list of very popular foods here in the States that many people overeat on that I can take or leave with no problem, and it still won't change the fact that I got up to 320lbs. You don't need variety to get obese, nor do you need to have the classic "eat everything in sight" syndrome that some fat people have.
