    Do stationary bikes count? I would like to accomplish 100 miles seeing as I'm new to this! I already have 12 miles down.

    I'm in. Will try for 800 miles this month providing my knee holds up.

    07-01 31.8 miles ridden at 14.7 mph avg. with 1,496ft ft climbing
    07-03 29.3 miles ridden at 13.0 mph avg. with 1,818ft ft climbing

    MTD = 1.5 miles.
    Goal = 50 miles.
    Still need = 48.5 miles.

    Didn't quite make my intended 400 miles last month, life got in the way. I am away for a week this month so I'm going to drop my goal to 350 and see how I go.

    2nd June: 26.09 miles
    3rd June: 23.37 miles

    I think the key to making my goal this month will be trying to get riding everyday. Three in a row is good start and I am dressed and ready to go for today:smile:

    i would like to join! im fairly new at biking, my bf got himself a new bike and donated to me his old one. its a great bike, though. i hated it the first few rides, then i found myself hopping on it and grinning like a mad woman! i started out riding 3 miles and averaging 8mph. now im up to 10 miles averaging 12-14 mph. :) i think its time to up my distance again. im going to tentatively set my goal at 300 miles in july. i think i can safely manage this.

    if anyone would like to be buddies, share diaries, hold me accountable for poor choices, i would love that. i would really like to discuss things with someone. i dont want nor need sugar coating, i dont even make excuses to myself anymore. :)

    Great thread guys .. just got my second bike .. second hand Giant TCR ... and she loves to go quicker than my legs !!! .. hahaha .. no targets just happy to ride .. 10 miles on some nice hills on 1st

    I took most of June off, after riding AIDS/LifeCycle the first week. I need to get back on the bike now. :)

    Sure, I'm in, though with 2.5 weeks travel this month, I'm not sure how much I'll be on the bike.

    Last month: 634.23 miles/47:52:24/23,360 feet

    This month's goal: 250 miles and at least 15,000 feet climbing (gotta prepare for D2R2 in August...)

    Month to date: 43 miles/3:27:10/2,247 feet

    Downgraded my goal because my health issues are an issue right now. If I improve, I'll adjust my goal back up. For now, I'll be happy to make it to 30 miles this month.

    I'd like to jump in. Sounds fun. I'm going to set my goal at 200 miles for the month. I'm basing that on a weekly goal of about 50 a week.

    7/2 - 10.01 miles
    7/4 - 13.64 miles
    7/5 - 16.73 miles
